Training Consultancy by the IFS

The IFS is a Training Consultancy that can assist you with designing courses, developing training and, if required, deliver the training to your staff.

We can map competencies against your current training programs to align them with a pathway to a full qualification eg a Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma of Financial Services.

As an example, your organisation's Induction Training may incorporate a number of competencies which can be aligned to a Certificate III in Financial Services. Therefore once a staff member has completed his/her training they can then enrol in our Certificate III in Financial Services course and obtain a full qualification at a reduced cost and in a shortened time frame.

We can also write new training programs or edit ones which already exist. Again, these can be written to incorporate competencies which lead to full qualifications.
