FSR Tier 2 Training (Delivered Australia-Wide)

FSR Tier 2 Course

The IFS delivers this short course with the following features:

  • Listed on the Register of ASIC Compliant Training for Tier 2 Authorised Representatives.
  • Meets the requirements for Tier 2 training for:
    • generic skills
    • general insurance
    • deposit-taking products
    • non-cash payments
  • Self-paced program with estimated 20-30 hours study time.
  • Delivered by Distance Learning – either online or paper based.
  • Can be commenced at ANY TIME throughout the year.
  • Consists of 3 modules which encompass 3 competencies.
  • Assessed by module assignments as well as on-the-job assessment by a Workplace Supervisor using a Skills Observation Checklist (NO EXAMS).
  • Assignments can be submitted online or paper based.
  • Students must obtain 80% to pass each module.
  • Is incorporated in our Certificate III in Financial Services course.

Who Should Enrol?

From an Employee's perspective, those who:

  • are employed in the financial services industry and it is a requirement of their job to have an FSR Tier 2 qualification
  • are interacting with customers, clients or members and are required to give ‘general advice’ on investment products

Fees

Fees for this course include GST and are on a sliding scale:

$450 for enrolments of 1-49 students
$360 for enrolments of 50-99 students
$270 for 100+ students
