Summary

  • This is a self-paced course.

  • Can be commenced at ANY TIME throughout the year.
  • Consists of 12 competencies.
  • Assessed by activity assignments (NO EXAMS); as well as on-the-job assessment by a Workplace Supervisor.
  • Assignments can be undertaken online or paper based.
  • Students must obtain 80% to pass each module.
  • Course fee - $1,800. (A 6-month x $300 credit card instalment plan is available.)

  • have staff they want to mentor and reward by offering them a Nationally Recognised Qualification
  • have staff members who are new to the industry and work in an administrative or back office position
  • want staff to better contribute to the business
